During
plan selection we preview from a large selection of plans of which can be modified or design a whole new plan from scratch.
Our team’s goals are to make sure we create a home plan that exceeds your expectations and remain in budget. We can
assist you in finding a home site and evaluation. If you already have a home site, we can evaluate optimal locations for your
home. Over the years we have worked with numerous lending institutions and title companies. Our team can work quick, concise
and competitive to get your project started.
Quality construction is our specialty; every American Family Home
is built with the highest quality materials and workmanship. Our homes are constructed using concrete block not only on the
exterior walls but also exterior columns and headers. Concrete structures are a low maintenance building material. Sherwin
Williams provides our top of the line interior and exterior paint systems. The Sherwin Williams Loxon system is another measure
used to provide a high performance and low maintenance finish for your homes exterior surface.
Today more than
ever, consumers are concerned about energy costs and how to increase efficiency. We build energy efficiency into every American
Family Home. All home plans are examined by a state certified energy rater for areas of plan improvement and custom
design high performance air conditioning systems. We also include R-30 ceiling insulation, radiant barrier roof decking (EnergyLock),
Tailored Foam injected block walls and Better Built Low-E Insulated windows. High quality energy efficient homes are standard
at American Family Homes.
After your home is built its great to know that you are covered. We include a 2/10 year
Structural Warranty. This transferable warranty is through Bonded Builders. This means during the first two years everything
is covered with the structure being covered for ten years.

Every American Family Home comes with our personal attention to detail and
open communication through out the experience. During construction we are in constant contact to answer all your questions
make changes, etc. We are committed to your satisfaction.
We make sure you get the home you want by conducting
a minimum of three formal project walks. The first walk is the Pre-drywall Walk. At this time we make sure receptacles, switches,
interior doors swings, wall heights, etc. are per your liking. The next walk is the Home Owner Orientation walk at which time
we show you how to operate your home, where everything is located and create a punch list that we complete within 5 days,
then you move-in. The last walk is the 30 Day Walk. It is important because after you have been in your home for 30 days,
things not noticed before may appear and we are committed to your satisfaction.
